One Step is an insert song from A Place Further Than the Universe. It is performed by the principal voice actors in character as their roles in the anime.
The song appears in Howling, Maddening, Screaming (Episode 8) and We'll Go On Another Journey Someday (Episode 13) of the anime. It is included as the B-side track on the CD-single release of ending theme "Koko kara, Koko kara".[1] Four solo versions were produced, one by each of the principal voice actors, and released on the Special Song CD[2] which came with DVD #1 of the DVD set.[3]
Lyrics are by Yuyoyuppe (ゆよゆっぺ) with music and arrangement by Yuyoyuppe and Yairi (やいり).
